Fast Friendly Careful Movers

These gentlemen have moved me 4 times over the years. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. All my prized antiques were wrapped and moved with care. The men were very polite and professional. Thank you gentlemen.

Unfortunately, I cannot give the guys at Fast Friendly Careful movers a better review.

I booked a three-man crew for a house move. I specifically requested a morning appointment, I informed Mike (who I believe is the owner) when I called that this is critical for me and my family as, like many folks, we had to secure child-care for our move.

Not only did the guys not show up in the morning -- after I texted to confirm the night before -- they did not even have the courtesy to call us and let us know that they were running late from a job that had not ended on time the night before. After then promising to be there for noon, they once again had to be called (again not letting us know they'd be late) and then arrived at 1:45pm. More than 4 1/2 hours later than promised.

Once there, they did a decent job. They were careful and friendly. Unfortunately, they just missed the fast part of their name and the part where they showed the slightest regard for their customers' time.

I recommend against using this company for your move.

This company has moved me 3 times over the years, they are courteous, hard working, professional guys. I highly recommend them. I have never had a problem, and they work till the job is completed properly.

These guys need to go out of business. DO NOT even think about going with them. I will do everything I can to get them out of business. They are a bunch of scammers, bullies and furniture/house destroyers. I wouldn't be surprised if they are affiliated with the Mafia. First of all they ONLY take CASH ! The rate we agreed on the phone has no value, its the rate the they give you the day of which is much higher. They arrived 4 hours LATE! They damage your furniture and do not take any responsibility, mid-work they demand for the CASH orelse they threaten that they will not unload all your items. They stop working waiting for the CASH and this is time you are being charged for. They wash their filthy shoes with rocks in them at your kitchen sink, they overcharge you and they take off without giving a receipt or even the contract where you signed. Thats why I said, I would not be surprised if they were with the MOB. I am complaining through BBB and ofcourse these scammers do not recognize me as a client cause they know I dont have a receipt.Their name is VERY misleading!
