Worst service ever. None of customer care has a clue about package. absolute waste of money and time

Location doesn't make sense and not open weekends? Why.

Severely disappointed from FedEx. I was supposed to receive my live fish shipment today, and called to confirm/change location. I've been waiting for hours to not only find out they went to the old location after being reassured on the phone that the address was changed and wont be an issue... i was tracking my order and nothing was mentioned this morning about a attempt drop off.... Now i'm on a hunt to find my fish!!! please get your staff phones or something to change your process of delivery i'm royally ticked off and i don't even know if they are alive.

Way out of the city in to urban and nearly county area. This is a great spot for larger business and sister town rather then the new drop of center on the west side of G.P. in city service center near the industrial area core.

Easy to communicate with staff. I had no issue's, finding phone number and or location in Clairmont.

For our business they are very consistent, and usually easy to deal with.

They were three days late one my parcel then they gave it to someone else!!! Worst customer service in the world. My 2 year old could do better. This place is a joke!!

No phone number and can't find the place.
