We all want to keep our New Years resolutions in check. That's where our new Savary (you read that right) Salmon Bowl comes in!
This bowl is inspired by Savary Island in British Columbia and includes tender baked salmon atop a mixture of house-made dirty rice and quinoa and then topped with sautéed cabbage, kale, black beans and corn and drizzled in a white miso vinaigrette and then peppered with wonton crisp wedges, slivered almonds, ripe avocado, with mango salsa.

Went to the new location in Mackenzie Towne last night. I ordered the one piece halibut and chips, it was probably the best fish and chips I have ever had in Calgary. The fish wasn't overcooked, the batter was a thin coating and not at all greasy. . We did start the meal with the Antigonsish mussels which were delicious. So many great choices on the menu we will definately be back soon. For drinks each had a flight of three beers ....again it was a hard choice to choose one!!

We have been enjoying this addition to our community. Amazing staff, incredible food. But tonight, the best steak I have ever had. Well done F&B!

My family and I have been part of the Westsprings community for the last 14 years. For the first few years we always hoped that a good quality restaurant would eventually be part of the community, and thankfully several years ago Fergus and Bix came along. I would consider myself a regular customer popping in a couple times a week whether for a casual beer or a meal. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The menu is excellent and well thought out, with generous portions and excellent quality ingredients. The atmosphere is" sophisticated fun". Besides the excellent food, what sets this restaurant apart from most restaurants is the high quality service. The staff are well trained, informed, friendly and show a genuine interest in making your stay a positive experience. This is my go to restaurant in the westside. If you like good quality food in a warm and relaxing environment, coupled with top notch service, this is the place to visit. You will not be disappointed. Almost forgot to mention, the restaurant is unsurpassed in generously supporting their community.

Love 1/2 price bottles of wine on Tuesdays and the happy hour is great! Service is always on point too! ����

Great food with exceptional attention to quality and detail. Great atmosphere as well...one of my all out favourites.

Great Food, been there three times, had three different meals, loved it! Good atmosphere, fast and friendly! Have the prosecco lemonade cocktail, super light and refreshing!

Fergus and Bix is by far one of our favourite restaurants and we've often made the trip up to West Springs from the NW and downtown to enjoy their wide range of craft beers and delicious specials. Always fun and always feel at home.

Excellent staff, great beer and a really really good burger!! Fathers office Burger with the crispy onions and the seasoning they put on it,is addicting. Will be back. Also nice set up as well!!

Discovered this place just last night! Host was kind to let us know there was 15 minutes left during Happy Hour. WOW!!!! We filled up on deliciousness, including the Cab Sav house wine! We enjoyed the food, service and ambiance! We will definitely be returning!

Best Kitchen in the McKenzie area! Staff are amazing. The burgers are special. Steaks yummy! The late night menu offers a variety of options and taste great! Also the weekend brunch is perfect especially that I don't eat pork and they have the chicken sausage option!



And above all the staff are friendly and professional! I recommend this amazing restaurant anytime any day :)) Keep it up F&B :))
