Brent, Rahim and their team were amazing, from the first phone call regarding my issue. They were polite, pleasant and prompt. A tow truck was sent immediately and work begin as soon as my car arrived, since it was very temperamental to work on they had more then one mechanic for trouble shooting, diagnostics and repairs. The team was great with giving feedback to what steps were taken and identifying potential issues of the problem. Given the amount of work done the end quote was very reasonable and i have to say that this was one of my best experiences at any dealership i have ever been. I was treated superbly well and so was my vehicle. Thank you very much !

not impressed! this place is a joke!

I just visited the Edmonton car show and was so excited to see the Maserati Levante, I was really considering buying this vehicle cause Maserati finally offers a SUV, but what a huge disappointment when there where two guys in suits walking around with a 2X4 stuck up there A$$, wouldn't answer any of my questions or give me the time of day, and it was like pulling teeth just to go see the vehicle up close, I love the interior and the exterior looks great in person compared to the computer screen, however if this is the service Maserati provides there is zero chance of ever buying one. 😤
