Fiasco Gelato

I've been a fan for a long time but didn't realize all of the amazing 'test kitchen' flavours that were only available in the cafe! So yummy!!

I have lived in Calgary my whole life and in 30 years never realized there was something more amazing then just your normal everyday ice cream. Not being a huge fan of ice cream, I never even bothered to try Gelato and to be honest I thought it was Sorbet which im not the biggest fan of. However driving home I noticed the store and thought it would be a cool place to bring my kids sometime for some food. Little did I know I would become addicted in only 1 visit.
Not only was I greeted by a super friendly staff, a wonderful lady with blue hair also introduced me to a new favorite drink, if you like ice cream floats, i highly suggest the gelato/espresso drink. I was offered unlimited samples of any flavor and when you have kids, free samples are a god send, needless to say it was hard to leave and now I have to find places to hide the gelato from the kids. I really like that the flavors are always changing but there is always a good stock of certain flavors. Can't wait to keep enjoying this through the years and sharing this awesome place with everyone. Really impressed by the sense of community i felt and the fact the company is big on the environment is a great factor as well.

The shining star at the coffee bar in the factory is always ready with a smile and a kind word. The bright colours and wonderful Gelato flavors are a wonderful day -brightener. It's hardly ever busy, so tables are free, a WONDERFUL place to study. And then reward yourself with gelato!

Amazing ice cream. Really rich! Also a pretty cool setup they have there.

Good time at the yyc open door event. Plenty of interesting flavors available at the factory store that aren't in grocery stores. Cinnamon honey, apple pie, raspberry sour cream, pumpkin pie ice cream, and more.

I had the pleasure of hearing James B (Founder) speak in detail about his Team , his vision and values , and his business- In that order . I will gladly and comfortably support this business knowing the foundation upon which it was and is built.

Incredible product! Had a bunch of flavours for a little celebration at work, and loved the compostable sample cups they came with! Looks like plastic, but made from corn :)

Fiasco has such a welcoming atmosphere from the second you walk in the door, the space is gorgeous and I love the fact you can see into the kitchen where they are making all the yummy gelato! The gelato case was full of so many unique flavours, it was hard to decide what to get, BUT they also have test kitchen pints you can take home with you if you're indecisive like me. If you're ever in the Calgary area, you need to come here!

Pathetic. This in in references to you demeaning hiring process. We're looking for jobs not to describe what makes us weird. Loser move. You had advertised a warehouse position, responsible managment hires based on experience, not silly questions.
