went in to buy a 1000 phone with cash, i had my old phone and every kind if id you could have except my Dl. as i had moved and my address change they give you the paper one until pic one comes in the mail. had visa medical card medical ins. card sin card costco card you name it i had it and the paper temporary dl the registry gives and they wouldn't accept it.so now im stuck with no phone until 10 days for my other phone is broken not only will i never go back Im changing companies FIDO you suck! And worst customer service i have ever had and im 50 the staff were laughing thought it was a big joke

I traded in my old iPhone for $100 credit to be applied to my new phone. It's been 9 months and I've been calling costumer service to inquire when it'll be added into my bill, they keep lying to me saying they see it in my next upcoming bill, 6 months later, costumer service tells me they credit is expired and they can't do anything and I have to go into store, goes into store and they tell me they can't do anything , they tell me to call costumer service. Seriously such a waste of time, if I knew I would get treated like this and I would have to play their little game of run around, I would've never got a plan in the first place. Worst service ever.
