Service Dept is pretty good they appear to try there best to work with the customer. Sales reps are questionable they appear to be like any other sales person in it for the quick buck and really don't care about anything else. They offer no advice just take up space and fill out forms, really they do nothing.

I suggest to anyone considering an RV purchase to meet with with the service manager before you buy! This person is going to be the one that takes care of you and your RV after the sale, make sure that this is a person that you are confident they will do there best to take care of you.
Have a look at the shop is it clean? Are things organized? How about the techs do they talk with you and offer advice? These are really the people that are going to make or break your RV experience, they are the ones that do the work and know what part goes where. Ask them which other products you NEED to purchase to make you RV run the way you want.

Never let the sales rep or manger offer you advice in this area at Field of Dream's if you do you will regret it!
Do your homework and make sure that you find the RV that is right for you.

As for Rod the Sale's Manager, if I would have met him at the time of purchase we would have NEVER purchased the RV from Field of Dream's this guy should not be in the industry! He is rude and personifies the greasy sales person persona.

By far THE WORST experience I've ever had shopping for an R.V. When I walked in the store it was like a ghost town, I was forced to wander around by myself looking for someone to help me for about 45 mins. Then when I spoke to their sales manager Rod (possibly the RUDEST man I've ever encountered) he basically told me if I couldn't find something there myself then I could take my business elsewhere. All this when I was ready to buy an r.v that day. I couldn't believe that someone like that is in a Sales industry. Bottom Line: Don't send anyone you care about here because they (especially their manager) treat customers like crap!
