Fifth Ave Volkswagen

I have been getting my Volkswagens serviced for many years at Fifth Ave and my service advisor Melissa is so great! She books my appointment for service and a shuttle for me so its no problem getting mainenance or repairs done during the work week. She keeps me informed while they have my vehicle on what may be diagnosed and lets me know when I should expect the work to be done. She does her best to ensure my needs are met. When I return for vehicle, its been washed and I feel confident in the work done.

My service advisor, Melissa Rackett, has consistently provided me with excellent customer service over the years I have dealt with her. She is always helpful and willing to take the time needed to answer any questions I have regarding maintenance of my vehicle. Melissa's positive attitude is also greatly appreciated.

I just got winter tires installed and the experience was fantastic! Pat McAuley was my service adviser and got me in and out in only a few hours. The price was good but the service was even better......I have been going here for 3 years now and I always leave happy.

Had the pleasure of dealing with a very talented group of sales individuals. Alejandro made the experience pleasant the entire way through. A great dealership to deal with, would recommend anyone looking for a VW to head over there.

I recently bought a golf from Fifth Ave. I was very pleased with my experience. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle without someone else by my side to help my make the right decision. Yuda was very kind and understanding of my situation and remained patient with me throughout the process. He helped me find the perfect car and made sure I was getting the best deal. Scheduled a sales appointment via email and received the appointment confirmation. Showed up a few minutes early and was told the sales person I'm supposed to meet was not yet back from a previous off-site meeting. Sat down for 30 minutes, until I had to leave. No update if or when the sales personell would be back.
Highly disappointed I took time out of my day for this. I will not be going back. If the service is this bad pre-sales, how much worse would it be after purchasing a vehicle?

I went to the Fifth Ave VW to buy a new Passat and trade in my old vehicle, all I can say the whole experience was really pleasant and quick and the team was really responsive and does an excellent job. The salesman, Yuda was so attentive and helpful with my questions and made it happen. Thanks!

Overall good service and very friendly staff.

Some improvements required:
- better training for staff - know the details of the services offered; be able to walk through completed work line by line on the invoice with customer on vehicle pick-up

- more organized shuttle service request - ability to request a return shuttle when dropping car off rather than having to call back in

Excellent customer service! Yuda was a fantastic help in sorting out which car would best suit my wants and needs. Followed up quickly with any questions I had and checked in periodically to make sure I was still happy with the car! Friendly service from all involved. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
