Fight 34 offers Krav Maga and reality based Self Defense to everyone, regardless of age, shape or size. Come out, have fun and learn new skills for life!

At Fight 34, we love Krav Maga - for being so simple, practical and incredibly effective.

Anyone can learn Self Defense, regardless of age, size or fitness level. No previous experience required. Come join us and learn to defend against strikes, kicks, violent ground attacks, chokes, gun and knife attacks and much more! Our fun reality based classes will keep you coming back for more!

At Fight 34, everyone trains with everybody. This ensures that students get the most realistic training experience with partners of different sizes, strength and levels of experience. Sound intimidating? No problem! We also offer dedicated Women's only seminars to help you ease over that first step and get comfortable practising with others.

Classes are 80. 00 /month. Please wear old, comfortable clothing (gym /yoga wear) and no jewelry. Groin protection is highly recommended.
