Finesse Wealth Management

Founded in 2017 by a group of undergraduate students, Finesse Wealth Management (FWM) is a Student Union Club at the University of Calgary. At its core, FWM is a student-funded and student-run Investment Club - the first of its kind at the University of Calgary. In addition to the core function, FWM members coordinate "Speaker Series" events in which we invite professionals from the Financial Services Industry to speak to our members. FWM aims to bring together students who share a passion for Investment Management and provide practical, hands-on experience for those looking to supplement their curricular education. We strive to be a prominent Student Union Legacy Club for years to come by growing internally through our Investment Portfolio and externally through our Strategic Partnerships. Finesse Wealth Management is incorporated as a Non-Profit Society under the Province of Alberta. There are currently five Directors of this Society, all of whom are integral founding members of the FWM Student Union Club. As University of Calgary alumni, they act in an advisory capacity to the FWM Student Union Club and as liaisons to the Corporate and Financial communities in Calgary and area.
