Finishing Touches Olde Towne Okotoks

Went in here a few weeks ago with my significant other to check out their large selection of handmade goods from local artisans. While looking at the various selections they had, we were watched heavily by staff and treated as though we were thieves yet had done nothing wrong.

This resulted in a very uncomfortable experience, when it was time to purchase what we wanted and head to the front counter one of the staff members walked over to us and made a very rude remark towards us for smelling the candles we were had in our hands to buy. The last time I checked it was customary to smell something that is made for the purpose of "smelling good" before you buy. After that point we left the store without purchasing anything and will not be back.

I love stopping by and looking through the shop. There's always something new and unique. Great home decor and gift items. Their Christmas items are fantastic. Can't wait to see what they have next time.
