Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta; we sell, rent and provide customer support services for Cat equipment and engines to BC, Yukon, AB, SK and the NWT as well as a portion of Nunavut.
We serve a diverse range of industries, including mining, forestry, construction, pipeline /oil field construction, agriculture, government, marine, transportation, fisheries, and the commercial transport industry.
Since being founded in 1933, we have built a world-class network of product support services. Wherever our customers are working in Western Canada, Finning support is available 24 /7 through our Customer Support Centre (1-888-FINNING). Finning beats out the competition when it comes to product, sales, service, parts, etc. I am a proud Finning employee and am so privileged to be a part of the Finning family. GO FINNING!
Their customer service sucks! Nothing but trouble, and they don't care at all about their customers.
The poorest service I have ever had. We sent a tl1055 in to have an axle seal fixed and each time we got it back it would still leak, we ended up finding out that they repaired the wrong axle seal twice and charged us a large sum of money. We also had the radiator repaired at the same time but it failed immediately after they repaired it. They recently changed a rear tire on the same machine and damaged the outer lip of the rim fairly good and scratched every single inch of the rim replacing it. In 25 years and a dozen telehandlers we have never seen a company this poor, we are currently handling the matter legally.
