Very cool atmosphere...they have an irish band playing at around 8 pm. We ordered a meat pie though and the crust was really dried and overcooked.

Good beer selection, amazing food and great service! Live music on Wednesdays is a must see. Our server was a friendly Brazilian girl (Liv) with a very peculiar sense of humor. Loved everything!

The staff are very personable and have good knowledge of the beers on tap. Nice little gem for a hotel bar!

Don't get me wrong, I really like this place. It is one of my top choices for after work drinks/food. HOWEVER, I ordered some food for lunch today (for take-out) and they charged me extra because the take out containers are eco friendly. The waitress said the containers are expensive and that is why they charge extra. It's great that they choose eco friendly, but charging the customer extra for it is in bad taste. Shouldn't this be built in to the cost of food/drinks like the other restaurant supplies are? I am curious to know if they charge this fee to people who dine in and take their leftovers home. I dunno, this just really rubbed me the wrong way.

Service was very good despite them being super busy after the pride parade! Thanks to the staff that kept their cool under pressure.

I enjoyed their appie platter - we shared between 4 people and still weren't able to finish!

Talk about the most basic food and service one can ask for, but at a premium price. I figured a meat pie would be a specialty, but it had no seasoning, just a thick gravy and grisly lamb. No sauce came with the fries - that costs extra. Everything is way overpriced. Felt like I was interrupting my waitress's afternoon by being there. Nothing of note on the tap either - just the usual bland beer.

Find a nice restaurant with a menu that has tasty food to eat at, not here.

Don't bother calling the number, nobody answers. Walked down from my hotel room to place the order physically and ran into atrocious customer service. This is unfortunate as I really love the food and atmosphere this chain provides.

Service was great and the food matched, good beer selection as well but maybe overpriced - main reason for the negative review is that upon paying I was told they don't accept Scene cards to earn points on your meal at this location because it's connected to the Sheraton Hotel. 25x the points offer is the only reason I visited.

I'll be sure to visit their location at Crossiron Mills in the future, but will never be visiting this downtown location again.

Great patio and comfy seating inside. Food is very good (more on the comfort side) and service was great. Good place to go for a drink/lunch with coworkers.
