The only place where you can have the best time with your lovelies. The people who work at this place are the life of it all. Their wonderful service, humor, talent and efficiency is what sets them apart from every other sheesha lounge in Calgary. When you have friends visiting you from other major cities around the country and say that there aint no place like Fire N Ice, that should tell you everything you need to know about this place. A HUGE shoutout to all them servers, bouncers and DJs at Fire n Ice. Love you guys always <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 :)

I came in on a girls night with a work colleague and we had the most amazing time... The hostess and waitresses were amazing and so friendly. I have never smoked shisha before and they made me feel so welcome. The food was amazing... It was just an awesome night for two girls from Montreal who have relocated to Calgary... Made us feel so welcome :)

Great vibe and experience at fire n ice! Love the servers always amazing!. Definitely recommend for a girls night or just a night out! Sheesha, liquor and can’t wait to experience the new level upstairs!

Great DJ ‘s everynight! Fun place to go out and dance or just chill and smoke sheesha.

Fire n Ice is by far one of my favourite places to go in Calgary. Food is amazing, the staff is even better and the club is my go-to spot. See you next Saturday �

Amazing atmosphere, especially on Saturdays when DJ Jazzy is there. Great prices and customer service. Bouncers and servers are very nice and treat everybody with respect. Great place to go for a night out, best nightclub in Calgary.

To small and over crowded. I don't like the establishment personally.

This place disgusts me. Worst experience ever, and to think it used to be a favourite. Keep an eye out the bouncers like to punch and manhandle women, conveniently outside where the "camera isn't facing". Tried calling the manager of the place, and he told me to text him about the situation which I did, then he proceeded to lie about what actually happened, and defended his bouncer who clocked my girl right in the jaw for absolutely nothing. He also blocked my number right after I asked for camera footage. An absolute joke and they certainly will not get away with this. If I could rate this place 0 stars you better believe I would.

The people who work here are terrible people. They steal from their customers. They allow drugs on their tables. The clientele are sketchy. My friends have been drugged multiple times in this establishment... if the cops seriously wanted to break up gangs they should just look here. The food is disgusting. The music is too loud. They let in 16+17 year old girls. Seriously don't know how this place is in business when the whole thing is run by heat bags and visited by heatbags. Most likely place to get shot up at... fire n ice.

I own a small family ran company and used to do a lot of work at this bar. They decided to build a tab and not pay. The plumbing in this building is horrendous. After 1.5 years of hearing "We will pay. We're just too busy at the moment", they decided not to respond. There are so many bigger companies who can afford a loss, but they would rather pick on the smaller guys.

I have more bad experiences here than good ones. I’m hoping there will be a new Latin night elsewhere, because I will not be wasting my time here anymore.

I advise people not to go there . Gagan even doesnt knw how to handle the customer .

Its better to stay home rather than going there

First of all, this place made us pay cover just to smoke shisha on their shitty patio with some shaky chairs, second, this place doesn’t let you have your own tongs and coals to control how thick the shisha is add or decrease the intensity of their shisha. When the shisha is too thick, blowing out the air always makes it less strong and that’s what I tried doing. When I did, water came out and burnt out our coals and ruined the flavour. When the server came back he told us we "ruined the shisha" and we need a new head. They made us pay for a new one for something they fucked up on. The servers are not always available to fix the shisha and the waiters are extremely rude. My friends and I are from Edmonton and have been to over 10 shisha places that always provide us with tongs and coals. The servers don’t come around regularly and I had to get up and go to the bar to ask who our server is so she’d come by and fix our shisha. Thirdly, the washrooms are disgusting, and this place can’t afford a mirror or papertowels/ hand dryer to dry your hands. I highly do not recommend this place.

Even one star is way too generous. Here's a pro tip to service staff. Don't trash talk your guests to the People they are sitting with (LOGICAL). Our server (who looked Latina with dark hair and almost grey ghost like looking contacts) had a misguided idea that my friends and i where on a double date and while one of my friends decided to pick up the entire tables Tab which was unexpected, my girlfriend and i where away from the table talking to a friend from high school we hadn't seen in years. The server took it upon herself to ask Him why he would bother paying the tab because we where talking to "another guy" and had labelled us as trashy because of doing so not even understanding the situation. Of course this information was relayed to us as soon as we got back to the table. The service was already absolutely horrible but we didn't make a fuss about it because we mostly go for the music so, prompt/great service is definitely not an expectation you should have here. all the servers and female acting manager on the floor looked disoriented and clueless/drunk. if you're going to run a professional establishment Please Hire adults that know how to handle themselves. I'm not one to ever write bad reviews on places because i know some days are just bad days as someone that works in the service industry but there are a lot more things that happened this night that are absolutely unacceptable and will be further explained on yelp and other sites because this place is Complete trash.
