The staff is very friendly, efficient, professional and personable. All of the negative reviews I have read are all anecdotal experiences about bad hairdressers. Every studio has a tough luck Terry that brings down everyone's day, I don't think it's fair to judge an entire establishment based on something as unavoidable as that. I really appreciated the clean and straightforward atmosphere and they charge a very fair rate for men's haircuts.

I probably had the worst not in my hair words can not describe how bad it was . Two lovely ladies took to it and got it out for me while leaving me most of my hair and giving me a lovely cut ! Beyond happy with my outcome thank you so much! I will definitely be back again!!

This place used to be good. Then half the staff quit and the ones who stayed are incredibly rude! One woman there makes fun of customers, and talks about them to the other hair dressers as soon as they leave, with all the customers in the store able to hear her. She is so incredibly rude it makes me sick! She should be fired. To top things off she's a terrible hair dresser. My sons hair wasn't cut even she was not careful with the razor around him. Will never ever go back until she is gone. And we are a family of 5 who ALL got our hair cuts there. You are losing buinsess because of this woman.
