Be careful here I would give 0 if possible, have been going to first choice (various locations) for the last 20 year always ask for a Ceaser and have had no real problems. This time the guy just buzzed my whole head, I asked the guy what he was doing and said that a ceaser was short on the side and left the top long. He said this is what I asked for and gave me attitude, I've asked for the same thing for 20 years and never had a problem and never had my head buzzed. I don't appreciate the attitude when you clearly made a mistake, it's only hair and will grow back but if they can't own up to a mistake or are to inexperienced to know what they are doing I have a problem. Won't be back to any first choice

Decided to give it a try. Normally I dye my own black hair with Sally's Hair Supplies product called L'oreal Hi Tech for black hair. It works great with my hair and I get that bright vibrant red with out bleaching. Trying to tell them what I use and try to show pic so that gets what I'm want. She was so against the product when she's never even been there.

I didn't get the hair color I wanted at all. Dark brown with a small hint of red. Look bit more red in the light or sun. That wasn't what i wanted and to be told that they were experimenting. That wasn't good to hear. When I got my cut and was going to show her how I wanted. Again she was like oh I don't need to look at pics. I didn't get what I want and they didn't really listen. Don't think I would want to go back.
