Chapel of the Bells Funeral Services were exceptional in every way. They lifted the entire burden of organizing all aspects of our son Mark's funeral from our shoulders and took charge of everything in exact accordance with our wishes.

The people at Mcinnes and Holloway (Fish Creek Location) are truly top notch. My children and myself were able to spend as much time as we needed with my husband who passed on in Dec. I never felt rushed at anytime and found that they truly cared about my feelings. They came in and made sure that any of my needs were looked after. Everything including last minute changes to the service folder, medallions, etc were not a problem. It takes time to get this right and they understood that there would be changes. It does take a special person to work in this industry and these people are special. Planting a tree in the forest with a plaque will give our family a place to go. Thank you

Superb customer service from the moment we made an inquiry until the post-funeral paperwork. The facilities for the viewing and funeral service were top-notch. They were constantly in touch to make sure all arrangements are to our satisfaction. Lastly, Wayne came out following the funeral to assist me with paperwork and administrative item support - this service helped to guide me through some things I may not have thought to address.
