Fish Creek Medical Clinic

I usually wouldn't leave a review for a medical clinic, however there are a lot of negative reviews about the front staff of this clinic. So I wanted to leave a postive review. They are very busy, the phone literally doesn't stop ringing. However the receptionist handled each call quickly and effieciently, all the while addressing patients coming to check in. It's an overwhelming workload for one or two people. So if they are a bit short, it's because they are trying to address everyone.
Also will give two thumbs up to be podiatrist Dr Donovan.

The doctors are great. I am finding the receptionist to be extremely ignorant and rude

How this clinic stays in business is a mystery to me. Reception is incredibly disorganized.

The reception staff is terribly rude. They are dismissive and won't even look at you when you speak. Will not be going back here!!!

After going to a different clinic and having the worst experiences (me leaving in tears more often than not) I finally met doctor Haniff. He is incredible and extremely compassionate and eager to find a solution. I highly recommend especially If you health concerns that require a bit more attention :)

Went in on a walk-in basis and never got to see a doctor, so my rating is solely based on the desk clerk. I came in and she told me she could fit me in in an hour, so I left and came back after she took my name and phone number. When I came back I asked if there was any paperwork to be filled out as I had never been to this clinic before and she told me no. I sat there for over an hour while others, who did have booked appointments, came and went. I figured they were backed up and because I was a walk-in that was why I still hadn't seen a doctor. Around the hour and a half point I asked her if she thought I'd get in soon and she said, "who are you here to see". I then reminded her of our two interactions earlier that day and she haven't even put my name down for an appointment at all, so I just left. I was not impressed at all as I didn't feel respected her unfriendly attitude or that my health issue was of and concern. Probably not the attitude that the doctors and other clinic workers are wanting to be projecting to their patients.

Always professional. Very efficient. Willing to listen to a mother's instincts.
