The dealership is really awesome. The pricing on used vehicles are very reasonable. Andy went above and beyond to help us purchasing the vehicle.we were most comfortable with him. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy. After we decided on a Pathfinder the process was absolutely smooth. Nick from finance was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the whole deal. I would recommend Fish Creek Nissan (Andy Miller in particular) to someone looking for new/ used vehicle.

I purchased a used 2014 Nissan Rogue from Fish Creek Nissan at the end of September 2017. The dealer was Andy Miller whom I found amazing to work with. Everyone was very respectful and courteous and I felt I got an amazing deal on my new Rogue. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

We needed a vehicle after my car was in an accident and totalled, when coming into the dealership everyone was so welcoming and during my first test drive Shahzad was not pushy about purchasing, I left to test drive more different makes and models. Upon returning Shahzad was so helpful and gave us great advice on our purchase of our Nissan Rogue! The staff at Fish Creek Nissan are so welcoming and friendly! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a new vehicle!

Bought a car from Andy Miller. Couldn't have asked for a better guy. So helpful in every way, no question was a bother to him. Even the after sales care was second to none. I’d like to say a special thank you to Bruce for his time and patience when I dropped in to view the 2012 Nissan Xterra they had on the lot. He showed no hurry to close a deal on the vehicle; we spent as much time talking about travelling and life experiences as we did about the vehicle. He never once discouraged my meticulous inspection of the vehicle, and obliged to helping my with the process. As a young female walking into the dealership without a male counterpart I was nervous, but my opinion and my knowledge was respected by all staff, (and a friend who came in to see Bruce while I was there). I did purchase the vehicle that Saturday. It was ready to go Tuesday evening as asked with the final paperwork seamless.

05/Jun/2017 - Once again Andy Miller at Fish Creek Auto Dealership made magic happen. I took my great friend to find a great car today...we test drove a few and she fell in love with a Nissan....Andy was again so professional and listen to what she needed and respected her price point. Andy did not rush and did not pressure my friend in anyway. Also special thanks to Mikey the Manager for helping finalize the deal in the end. My friend ended up buying the Nissan and everyone is happy. Enjoying the Nissan brand over the past decade this dealership has turned us off the entire product. The entire experience trying to purchase the vehicle was a waste of time.
The sales person Sid was pleasant at first but is in no position to make any decisions. He was absolutely ineffective and of no use in the end.
Apparently this applies to most of the sales people. The managers are no better. Every thing was, "I need to check with my manager." The finance manager(s) we talked to were terrible. Lack of knowledge in their own extended warranty contracts to push push push tactics with the little 'extras'. Please be careful with the extra warranties they try to push on you. If it isn't the Nissan factory warranty, they'll try to pawn another extra warranty underwritten by another company. READ THE FINE PRINT. They won't discuss the fine print as they apparently don't know what they are selling. It'll cost you in the end.
If you must purchase a Nissan consider another dealership. The product is great however Fishcreek Nissan isn't helping the brand.
If you want to waste your time, money and deal with below average sales people and managers this is your place!

Bought a new Nissan Frontier from Lee Pornasdoro and he was amazing. Led me and my family through the car buying process with ease and enthusiasm. Not only was he extremely helpful and got us a great deal for the vehicle, but even after the sale he went above and beyond. Takes really great care of his customers. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership when purchasing a new car.

I have been taking my Sentra in for service for quite some time at Fish Creek Nissan. Customer service is second to none, so when it was time to buy a new car I shopped around, but knew if they gave me a good deal I would buy from them. Nothing beats having the peace of mind that you and your investment are well taken care of. On the sales side, Shahzad was friendly and knowledgeable and had us test driving our top picks in no time. After talking numbers they gave us a sweet deal and great incentives on the car we wanted. Buying a car doesn't get better (or easier) than this.

Friendly, outgoing, and funny, but most importantly, patient. No pushing deals, no attempt to take my money any faster than I was willing to give it out. Andy worked with me to ensure that I was getting the right car, not just A car, When I needed time to get advice over the phone, I had it, and when it came time to make a deal, a deal was done. Such a different feeling from other sales departments that just rush everything in an attempt to get you to sign a contract. Fish Creek doesn't work that way, and it's why I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great reliable engine.

One final note, Andy and the rest do their due diligence in making sure you see just how their price compares with cars all around Alberta, instead of just making you take their word for it. Really helped me understand the deal I was getting.
