Since 1996, Fisher Langford - Jones & Associates Ltd. , has been providing strategic and management support services to a wide range of privately held businesses, many of whom are family owned, throughout western Canada. Together, our partners, Lynne Fisher and Peter Langford-Jones bring to their clients' situations, more than fifty years of business, management and consulting experience. Our Associates provide experience in other disciplines such as financing, merger and acquisition, systems, market research legal, accounting, insurance etc. etc. Our general approach to working with clients may be described as "developing solutions with our clients to the issues THEY consider important. NOT trying to impose theoretical 'solutions' to imaginary problems". We go about this by establishing a dialogue with our clients in defining the issues at stake, providing fresh insights, exploring potential solutions and then helping them decide and implement the preferred option(s). We recognize our clients are the "experts" in their own businesses NOT us. In essence we see our role as facilitating the issue resolution process and bringing to the clients' situation our wide experience of management and business. We aim to develop permanent relationships with our clients so we are there for them when they feel we can be of assistance, over the long term. We establish partnership relationships with our clients and our business associates. Our "bottom line" is that we are here to do whatever we can to help our clients resolve any issues they are facing and to succeed in their businesses.
