Bootcamps for moms with babies, toddlers and preschoolers in tow!

Bootcamps for busy moms that want to get a great workout in with kids in tow! Classes are outdoors at parks with playgrounds in the spring, summer, and fall. Then we move indoors for the winter. All fitness levels are welcome and you will be pushed at your own level. A great group of moms working out together and kids watching, playing, or joining in : -)
