It's a great gym for the price we're paying just bit crowded

It put snap fitness to shame. Plenty if equipt and unlike snap you weren't ready to snap waiting for a machine

Is good but the south one is the cleanest. The staff is doing a good job considering that people don't clean up after them selves. But the place is great

Overall good gym, I wish people knew that in a 30 minute circuit area, don't sit at one machine for 10 mins, playing on your phone or doing 3 sets of 15. There's a whole other area for that. Also had an issue with the tanning, went in and the bed never turned on

I go at least 5 days a week. Usually at the same time. However my only issue is when there is is an open house and I'm trying to run and all I can smell is pizza. -- a favorite food and trying to stay away from it. I love the idea of feeding people however it's a gym...why can't there be healthier snacks for these open house days? You know veggie trays or fruit trays for those of us making better eating choices. It's never a cheat day when I'm there so I can't indulge in the pizza but would love some veggies or something! ! ���

For my $9/month, it's a good gym...if you at the same time of day, you'll meet other regulars...very busy from 7-9pm...and I wish more guys here would WEAR DEODORANT!! My former gym had a rule about this...Fit4Less should make a rule about this for sure! They should keep on top of machine repairs as well...often there are multiple machines down at the same time. They need a regularly scheduled maintenance person to look at all the machine on a routine basis.

Too much crowded all the time specially weekdays at 5-9pm. I hope it will open its second branch in NE soon. Theres just too many client. Several tridmill machines arent working for months now. Washrooms have awful smell. I hope they use a good disinfectant to clean it. Staff are very friendly.

I signed both my daughter and myself up. I wish I knew about the time restrictions before I paid for her membership as a yellow card. I can't get her a black card because of her age yet she's more grown up at 15 than some of the people I've seen there. Being able to only go between 11-4 on the weekends is a hassle and only until 10 on weekdays is crappy on her days off from school as she doesn't enjoy the crowds and would prefer a quieter time like later at night.

No shower here. Not nice to find out after a workout that you're gonna have to bus home in your sweat...

Half of your machines are broken from last two months...your staff kept excusing for services but no one seems to care. We paying monthly membership for excercise not for broken machines and you guys need to take serious action.

Yo fit4less Pacific place... not thrilled that a member asked someone for their pass to bring in his buddy to film!!!! I have an image of the filmer or just look at your security footage from 01/20/2018 @ 455pm.

Worst customer service I've ever received and put through a run around because they're staff did not provide proper information.

If you like to be dehydrated when you work out and like equipment not being wiped down, this is the place for you. No water fountains in the place ....WTF?
