Spin class was amazing and cardio studio was a great size.

If you want an amazing class, check out Andrea’s kickboxing class on Sunday mornings! It’s fast-paced and the time flies while you get in an awesome workout!

I started there and I had a plan.. within a year of starting training / eating right.. I had lost 47 lbs! Yes , it took alot time but I did it!! THANK YOU JARI and to your amazing crew at the gym there.

I love the people at the gym.. Staff and members are just awesome! You don't feel like a number.. And Jari of course is a very dedicated owner who makes sure her clients always get the best they have to offer!

I love coming here to work out and also awesome that there is a daycare where I can leave my son.

Great gym with great staff! Fitness plus has a terrific atmosphere between the equipment, child care, fellow members and staff.

Great Trainers, treat you like family when you come in. Been a member for a long time and keep going :)

Been here for years and been to many more other gyms before World health and YMCA and this is by far superior to the large chains. Friendly staff and members. Lots of extras such as classes and squash available. Highly recommended

Amazing spin class with Jari Love. I love the music and fun atmosphere of this class. Fitness Plus has everything to offer with so much equipment and great classes. I personally train with Jari and my son trains with another trainer there and we have been comparing our wonderful results.
