BRAIN HEALTH! This is something I am focused on and that I personally have to work on Daily now after the traumatic brain injury I sustained last year! Daily nutrition, learning and brain exercise are all so important important! I now already have the âsenior brainâ at only 34..... and I donât want it to get any worse..... I am so grateful to have such great minds in my corner and around me to help me to continue to grow and push on ways that I perhaps donât initially think... about.... thanks so much to the brilliant mind and knowledge of No Shoes Nutrition!!
