Fix Auto Calgary South Central

My insurance referred me to Fix Auto when I got in a small collision. I was going to go to a different shop that I had used before, however when I read the google reviews of Fix Auto South Central, I decided to give them a try. From the time I dropped my vehicle off, to the time I picked it back up, the customer service I received was outstanding. Jackie and Becca went above and beyond for me. When I got my vehicle back there were a few small issues that needed attention, she not only picked up vehicle up TWICE to make sure everything was okay, she brought me a coffee for the inconvenience. They detailed my entire car, and washed it the other two times it was in their shop. I can honestly say I have never had this level of customer service anywhere else. Becca deserves a raise! She told me the cost of my estimate, and that repairs had been approved two days before my insurance decided to let me know. I will recommend this location to my friends and family, as well as be a loyal customer to them from now on. If you need any bodywork, or car insurance repairs, head to these guys and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I went to Fix Auto to get a rust repair estimate performed on my car. After taking a look at my car and inquiring about its age, they gave me a rough quote, but also advised that there is a very good chance the work can be performed at a dealership on warranty, since VW provides a 12 corrosion warranty. I am very impressed with their awareness of this and their honesty, not to mention the kind demeanor of all the staff I encountered. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here.

First autobody shop to actually impress me. Work was done well, reasonable amount of time, friendly staff. What blew me away was that they washed my whole car on initial assessment, not just the damaged area, and detailed it before pickup. That sort of service is just unheard of in the car repair biz. And lifetime car washes is just over the top service. Can't recommend them enough.

Customer service was excellent! Took a car for scratch on driver’s door. Jackie at reception and Ben were very helpful, explained what is going to be done. Even though it took longer that I initially anticipated, I was 100% happy with what they did. Would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service, was referred from my sister when she had a hail damage repair done by them, She was very satisfied. All staff members that I have met are very friendly. Also if you have a pet and had to take them with you the doors are still open for you, there is also a bowl of water incase your pet gets thirsty and yes there is also drinks for us. They also help you out if you have any other issues with your vehicle that were not caused by the accident. They also offer life time car wash program which is very cool. Thanks for all the help and friendliness. The car was fixed up on time. I highly recommend Fix Auto.

Fix Auto did an amazing job on my WRX. Waqar provided the initial estimate and gave me a couple options depending on my price range. He was very understanding and great to deal with. He exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond what the initial repairs were by detailing and fixing up all the rust spots on my car. They also provided a rental because the bumper from Subaru arrived late. Hats off to everyone at Fix Auto for their outstanding service. I will recommend this body shop to everyone I know.

Had my first ever accident and looked around online for an auto shop. Fixauto really stood out to me cause there weren't any other auto shops that were maintaining a review of 4.5 and better with a large amount of reviews.

I was greeted immediately with a friendly team of staff and were able to accommodate me with a quote and a free wash for my car. After shopping around at other shops to compare estimates, I found out that fixauto held competitive prices. The staff were quick with their work and very meticulous. They also back up their work with life time warranty and life time car washes!

Fix Auto Calgary South Central did an absolutely wonderful job on my Toyota Camry. After other estimates, I knew that I was getting charged extremely fairly, and they did a very high quality job. Mr. Waqar were understanding with the customers, completely met and surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended.
