Fix Auto Okotoks

Zero starts are not permitted. My car had two scratches, so we repainted the whole car in June. Got the car back, 'orange peel' on the brand new spoiler, missed spots on the front clip and a new ding. The handle was broken from the inside so I couldnt get out of my car (they didnt tell me of course). Aside from being late to give me back my car, it was not in better shape for having just had a paint job. The paint fade on the back of the trunk couldnt be fixed and the hood was misaligned. The trim seals were full of polish and clear coat making it look 100 years old. (noticeable on black). They tried to polish the car and left halo-int in the back quarter panel

Fast forward to October, I drop my car off so they could 'fix' the paint job and finish the spots they missed lat time. They never fixed the orange peel paint job o the spoiler, damaged my interior floor mat, my hood is more misaligned (but they told me its my fault and that I dropped the car off like that) I used to have a bra on the front of the car, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to put on with how misaligned the hood is now.

Ill likely have to pay to have another shop fix it. Morley is great, he was not the issue -to be clear. We've brought vehicles here before and been ok with the work. This service shocks me as to how poor it was.

These guys were fast efficient and did a great job.
I'd explained that the time frame for these repairs were constrained and we arranged a time suitable.
They completed the work and did so to a great finish.

This place is AMAZING! We dropped off our truck after a crazy hail storm to be fixed, and couldn't be happier! The people are very friendly and a breeze to deal with. We got there and they had the rental vehicle waiting for us, with all the paper work ready to go. The process took about five minuets. To top it off the truck was done in two days! I would recommend them to everyone!

Fix Auto was so great the first time I used them over a year ago. Accident happened on a Thursday, got my car to the shop right away, and had it back the following Wednesday. They cleaned inside and out, I was ecstatic. They were extremely polite and always in contact with me letting me know what was going on with my car. Morley was beyond nice and went over everything with me when I got it back.
I am dealing with them again currently, and they are going out of their way to come take a look at my car before it even gets towed to their location. Considering the accident took place over the long weekend, and they are busy, I have no complaints.

Excellent team and service, did hail damage repair on my truck and got it back with an outstanding repair job and cleaned in and out ! Keep up the good work !
