Had a repair needed to be done and Dan in the Banff location had it sorted out right away.
You get what you pay for with this brand.
I reconmend visiting them in Banff fo sho!

Nice looking store with very high quality items. The G-1000 fabric is amazing.

Staff are helpful and there is a good selection of Fjall's offerings. However, inventory levels are always an issue (I am a men's medium) I have never had an item I want be in stock. Regardless it is a nice little spot.

We discovered the brand while in Sweden and we were very excited to find it here. The quality is well worth the price. And the customer service was awesome!

Great clothing, but you're going to have to pay for it. They were running a sale of 25% off and these pants were well worth it. I spilled honey or something on my pants and it just beaded up like it wasn't a big issue. Even though I didn't use their Greenland Wax on them.

It has a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. Only gripe is despite good quality the clothing is somewhat overpriced
