Being a new clinic in Leduc, we have received great service and care from Roman who helped us with the purchase of many equipment items. He was helpful and prompt with all our purchases. We will be back and would highly recommend Roman at Flaman Fitness

Booked a trailer with these guys. They called to say it was ready to go. Had one of my guys get half way there to pick it up and they called back stating they inspected the trailer and found issues with it. What a waste of time,fuel and paying my employees time. I will never look at renting here again.

Hey Guys, its tough to satisfy everyone but all i can share is that Les has gone out of his way to come in from his vacation and meet with me to pick up a trailer. This is my second enclosed trailer from Flaman and everything Les did was over and above my expectations.
last trailer i bought needed some service work and they really did stumble a bit in the parts department as there seems to be a gap in communication between service and parts. For example, parts couldn't quote me on installation of parts i bought so i had to go to service and get them to quote. Then go back to parts to confirm the order, then back to service to line up the install....this was really inconvenient. After i voiced my thoughts on the process Jeff (service manager)stepped in and took over, fixed the trailer and in the end it was a great experience.
Thanks Jeff and Les, i will be a returning customer.

I have rented there a few time, and every time I was there, there staff where fast and friendly I would recommend Flaman to everyone.

Just want to say daughter loves to see what the flaman man on the treadmill is going to be dressed up in each time we pass by!!!

Stunned by the poor customer service and payment terms and types that make absolutely no sense.

Refusal to accept Visa cards is against Visa's rules for merchants: "The no discrimination rule prevents merchants from treating a customer who presents a certain credit card less favourably than a customer who presents a different credit card."

As Visa Debit transactions take place over the Visa network, merchants are required to accept Visa Debit like any other Visa Card or risk termination of the merchant agreement.

Rather than play games with cardholders, I suggest this company re-evaluate its payment policies and begin trying to find solutions for customers instead of endlessly parroting that Visa Debit was against policy.

Trailers Unlimited had no issue running the card and renting me a trailer, so why couldn't you? You wouldn't even try when I asked.

Trailers Unlimited had me in and out in less than 5 minutes with a trailer and a signed agreement. I didn't expect to walk into Flaman (Yellowhead) debating policy for 20 minutes with the two jokers behind the counter.

We have things to do and places to be. Your employees need a serious refresher on service and trying to find solutions, not treating customers as an impediment to keeping the chairs behind the counter warm.

Their sales department is deceptive. The warranty on the trailers they sell is useless. The service for the trailers they sell is WAY OVER PRICED!!! 125/hour so they can train. Broke my trailer lift but replaced it with one that was too short and didn't say anything. Service manager is great. Way better than most I've ever dealt with he is the only reason I give the second star. All said and done I won't buy ever again from Flamman and
