Jasmine Carter is the founder and Managing Director of Canada's only Flash Lashes Training program. With over 10 years’ experience in customer service, training, and sales, Jasmine then went on to obtain Eyelash Technician Certification in Denmeads School of Beauty in England, UK. Her primary goal was to obtain as much training and experience the lash industry could offer. Jasmine then went on to gain world wide experience in both top and bottom lash application, style and design before settling back in her home town Edmonton, AB Canada, where she developed and refined the Flash Lashes Training program.

Jasmine's vision is to create a lash application standard amongst all lash professionals, while providing new creative styles, concepts, and designs to the Canadian beauty industry.

Seeing too many “botch job lash sets” and “lash repairs” from technicians with quick 1 day certifications being taken in large class sizes out of hotel conference rooms, Jasmine decided personalized One on One training was essential. Offering the only 2 level stylist training program in Canada that requires a professional portfolio be presented and evaluated to receive Flash Lashes Level 2 Stylist Certification, and offering Bottom Lash training to Signature Stylists to ensure safe practice and steady placement always occurs.

Unlike many competitors Flash Lashes customized top and bottom lashes, offer you a variety of lash color, curl desired, and length. We also offer an extensive range of Sparkle lashes and Swarovski Gems.

Our focus is to offer fundamental training in Canada, so that mobile services as well as apprentice opportunities may become more readily available to upcoming lash stylists and designers. Allowing certified technicians and stylists the experience they require, while providing safe consistent lash designs for the consumer.
