Such a wonderful place to book a trip! I was quickly greeted upon entering and my every need/want for my trip was handled with care! I would definitely book with Flight Centre-The CORE again and again!

Tracey Truong was the agent we contacted to book our flights to London & Dublin. She seems to be very knowledgeable about the travel business, and was able to fulfill all of our little "quirky" requests. She was always very quick to reply to our calls & emails, and we never once had to deal with voice mail, as she answered every one of our telephone calls personally. We will definitely call Tracey to handle our future travel plans.

This is the most unfriendly Flight center I've been to. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!@! DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! I've used Flight center in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal whenever I moved. When I entered their office, there were four people working there and no one greeted me. It's not like all of them were on the phone either. Only one girl who was on the phone told me she will be right with me, but I had to wait until she was done. While she was talking on the phone, I stood there by the door so uncomfortably, and other agents just walked passed by without even looking. Flight Center, don't hire such unfriendly agents. You've just turned down a customer and I'm going to tell others not to use it!
