Floors On Crowfoot

I didn't like their customer service. I called to get a quote on a hardwood floor and the price was $7.25, but when I went to the store the price was $8.75 and they accused me of lying about the price that they gave me over the phone.

My wife and I recently purchased a home and we decided to do new flooring. Our friends recommended Floors on Crowfoot. We were feeling a bit overwhelmed, but after meeting Karen Doucette she made us feel very much at ease and comfortable with the whole process. Karen came out to the house and helped us select all the new flooring and paint colors We selected hardwood and carpet. The house looks terrific. The installation on both were excellent. We will be doing all new bathroom's in the new year and will be sure be going back for the next phase of our renovation. Thank you for a great experience
