The process of meeting Neil at our home for a quote to the installers and final product this was the BEST experience we had to date with any contractor. The options presented to us matched our home and style and the care given throughout the process was amazing. We finished our basement with carpet and tile floor/shower walls in the bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about our experience and will use them again in the future!! Thank you for providing us our new floors!!

What a classy company! I did a DIY project that I had a problem with and I needed some advice to fix. Not only were they the only company to respond out of the many I contacted, but they gave me full suggestions over several emails and even had someone come out to give me assistance all while the company was busy with other jobs. Based on this experience I would fully recommend floorscapes for their extensive knowledge of their craft and superior customers service!

Our experience with Floorscapes has been excellent. The installation crew was polite and always on time. Even though we had to postpone our original installation date, they were very accommodating to re-schedule around our needs. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with our final decision on product and orientation. We would highly recommend this company.

When we made the decision to renovate our basement, we chose Floorscapes as the supplier and installer for our carpet, bathroom shower tile and bathroom flooring...we had done some shopping around but absolutely no one could compete with their product line, customer service, flexibility and skill set. Our project is in progress now and the results are spectacular!

Albino (the tile setter) is a master at his craft; his work is unbelievably well done and he is not satisfied until the job is perfect in every way. He installed white subway tile in my very small bathroom and although he had limited space to work in and uneven walls to work WITH, he created a masterpiece that I am so proud to say is in my house. Thank you sir...you are a genius at what you do!

Jason Sawyers is our carpet guy and he has gone out of his way to make sure we've been comfortable with our choices, educated about every aspect of what to expect from the carpet we chose and aware that he is available to answer questions and provide feedback whenever we've needed it (which has been often!) He's just exceptional at customer service and so knowledgeable about the carpet and flooring options at Floorscapes that we have felt completely confident from the get go. There hasn't been a single time we had a question unanswered or a concern not dealt with and we're very grateful for his time and attention.

In our opinion, there is no other choice for flooring needs in Calgary. Just go to Floorscapes and save yourself disappointment. 5 STARS GUYS!!

Floorscapes replaces all the carpets in my home and changed the DR Carpet to Hardwood Flooring, This was 'tricky' as they had to match hardwood that was in my Kitchen and Halls and as that flooring had been discontinued, we worked with their designer to come up with a plan and samples that would make it all blend in ...
I got quotes for 2 other companies for my job and they did not come close to the professionalism, help, pricing that I received from Floorscapes.
The owner (Bryce) came to my home to help with measurements and provide some helpful information.
Jeff LaCasse was such a wonderful, kind and most of all helpful Sales Representative... Jeff has such a patient helpful disposition.
Sharon (works in the office), Kayla (Designer), Mark (setting up the work) were all so great to work with. Darcy came to the residence when the work was being done to be sure everything was going well. Darcy even had a suede wall of mine wrapped so the paint would not get touched or damaged.
I can not say enough about this company !! Hire them !! I rate them higher than a 5 Star and not only were they so helpful and did what they could with pricing, they did everything that I wanted and more ! They go above and beyond the call of duty !!
