With seasonal high stress, high-paced work, it is difficult to keep good employees, and staff often has to depend on temporary staff just to get the orders out. Floral Delivery Calgary delivers on behalf of florists-- so often the directions, addresses etc are the fault of the sender or the florist shop. I have been the recipient and also personally helped out seasonally when they are extremely busy, and found the staff to be very professional, trying their best to put out fires and make things right for customers when an error happens.
Family-run business that works very hard to do right by their customers.

Excellent service, very friendly on time every time. I get flowers delivered from them almost on a monthly rate, and never once have a flowers late or damaged. I highly recommend. I have gotten flowers delivered from other's in the past like "Bloomex Flowers" or "Red Rose" both of which I found the service terrible compared to floral delivery.
