As Calgary's only studio to offer both Classical Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method, we specialize in creating individualized programs for clients based on their fitness goals and lifestyle needs.

Our studio houses 2 GYROTONIC® Towers and is fully equipped with the Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and other small accessories.

Each session may include one or more of the following modalities:
