Great job, but make an appointment. This place has gotten a lot busier and I've been unsuccessful going in as a walk-in. Other than that inconvenience, the staff are all great and more friendly than other salons. I only go in for shellac pedicures normally, but my feet come out looking great no matter who does the service

I went in for my birthday in July for a pedicure and my 4 and a half year old daughter came with me to get her toe nails and finger nails painted. I must mention that I have been to some places who would not even let my daughter sit in the chair beside me. When the lady got my chair ready I seen she got teo chairs ready and I was like 'damn their busy and my daughter won't get to sit with me', she proceeded to tell me that the 2nd seat was for my daughter 😍. Although she was only getting her nails painted they still had her soak her feet and put the massager on her. I was floored and so appreciative that my daughter was getting almost the same experience. When my feet were done, another lady came and even filed her toes and massaged her feet, etc before applying her polish..top coats and all..same with her finger nails. She got the best treatment she coumd ever get and so did I. Thank you to all who work here. I appreciate your service and the way you treated my daughter. She wasn't treated like some 4 year old brat..she was treated like her Mummy was..a Queen. Thank you and I am looking forward to making an appt for this friday 😃

Very understanding staff - as I was late to my previous appointment with them and had to re book last minute today.
The girl working the till was very nice and friendly. Will come back soon! X

Had three mani/pedi combo today. The shellac was applied uneven and not that great. Our fingerstips and skin above the nails have nail polish all over. My aunt's and sister's shellac nails already chipped by tonight. The staff was friendly and nice so that is why I gave 2 stars.

It was my first visit for a fill today. They are so professional and precise with their work!

Booked a massage with Andy and the atmosphere was great, massage was firm and relaxing at the same time. Got a deal to have a pedicure and manicure combo. My first pedi mani and was impressed!

I absolutely love this place, I just happened to come across it last year and lucky I did! Teresa is wonderful, she gets my nails done in 45 mins and they NEVER break! Everyone is so lovely and they're always glad to have you there. Lots of other nail salons just run people through the routine and you're pretty much sitting in silence the whole time. At Flourescent they make you feel like you're a guest. Can't say enough good things about it :)

I went there in April to get my eyebrows waxed and gel nails. My eyebrows were uneven. Although individually they looked great, they were completely different shapes and uneven. They looked better before they were waxed. As for the nails, they were unevenly shaped. Some were longer than others. They also got the gel polish all over the edges of my fingers and didn't clean it up after. My ring finger nail was put on in a weird spot and it hurt so bad afterwards I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it removed because it dug into my skin. I wrote an email about it but they never got back to me! I paid quite a lot of money for this! Ridiculous
