With an overall corporate objective, this position will work to maximize the weekly, monthly, and annual performance of the freight teams and individual brokers. The GM will lead Strategic Development of the overall Freight related business, with specific expertise and accountabilities inside of each branch. The GM will lead and mentor the Branch Operations Leaders to achieve branch goals and provide support and ongoing direction. Provide overall leadership in the areas of operational performance, P& L management, customer relations, new business development, and continuous improvement and Employee development. This position is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and works closely to take a lead role in overall corporate strategy, objectives and success.
