What an amazing place! The beer, the food, the staff and the atmosphere.... All Amazing!

User

What an amazing place !!!! Excellent food and the staff is AMAZING!!!!

User

Visited Folding mountain brewery on a recent trip to Jasper. We couldn't have been more impressed. The food was outstanding and the service excellent. We had a blast playing scrabble till they shut down. Highly recommend!

User

This place is really something different. Great service and assistance. Food is delicious and beer tasty and smooth! Will be back for sure!

User

Thanks for the great afternoon/evening on Saturday! Everyone had a great time! Delicious food and great beers! Service was excellent. Even the weather was perfect. Can't wait to do it all again.

User

Perfect spot, nestled in right before the Rockies. Top quality food and an excellent selection of beer. Highly recommend “Rocky Mountain Hefe” for a nice, warm, sunny day.

User

Perfect place to stop just before Jasper. The food is good, the atmosphere is great and the beer is amazing! Do not drive by, make sure you stop for a bite and a flight.

User

Just stopped in while on a girls' trip- wonderful spot. The flight was great to sample a variety of beers.

User

I have visited countless breweries over the years and FMB really stands out! The building and interior decor is stunning, the beer is delicious and the staff are both incredibly friendly and professional! Although I didnt get a chance to sample the food, I thought the menu looked great. Most breweries have a far more limited menu if any real menu at all! Can't wait to see your business grow and hope to see your beer in BC one day!

User

I can't think of a reason not to give this place 5 stars. The menu was small, but perfectly appropriate for the establishment. There was a nice assortment of beers and some wines. Didn't try any of the wines but within the 6 beers sampling my husband (who prefers a darker, hoppier beer) and I both found a couple that we liked.

Food and drinks are ordered and paid for cafe-style when you walk in. You walk away with your drinks to find a table and the serving staff brings your food order to you hot from the kitchen window as soon as it's ready.

We shared the halloum brushetta, which was glorious. Very fresh, topped with watercress, and the halloum base gave it the punch that I think all brushetta needs. I may not eat it any other way from now on.

My husband ordered the sausage on a bun. The sausage was Spolumbo's, and served with rustic mustard on a fresh grilled bun. I had the grilled cheese of the day which turned out to be pastrami and swiss with carmelized onions between a mulitgrain oatmeal bread. Very tasty and hearty. We both ordered fries with their garlic aioli sauce for dipping. Fries were hot and fresh, the sauce was balanced however I personally would have loved more garlic.

We had a look at what else was coming out of the kitchen. The burgers looked good, and the veggie plate and Charcuterie plate looked like a good assortment and value for price. Only one dessert available but since it was S'mores made in mini cast iron frying pan and served with graham crackers, I don't think any other dessert is needed.

The building is new and the tables and decor are understated, and fits perfectly in this mountain setting. There is a really nice outdoor seating space as well. The business is placed in between two camping/cabin resorts and must get a fair amount of business from those places (including us). Pretty smart of them.

Price wise, we felt this place was pretty good value. Altogether we each had a 16oz beer, shared a 'flight' sampler of 4 beers, a starter, and two entrees for about $65 plus tip.

We'll be back, no question.
