I had bought woman's socks by mistake and had to exchange them. No questions asked, Brett took care of the problem immediately and didn't even care that the socks had been opened. What a great zero hassle experience it was, thanks for the great service much appreciated! I will be back :).

My experience was terrible. There was three people working two males and one female. One of the guys kept asking the female if she has any hot friends she could get to work at Foot Locker.
I aw a pair of shoes I was interested in, I had to ask one of the three staff who were doing nothing to get me a pair to try on.
The guy got a pair dropped them on the bench and they were the wrong shoes, Then I asked him to get the correct pair which he did then left. I would have liked to try another size but he had left and was not able to be visually found.
Anyways at that point I left, I figure for the money there are places that will be willing to work for the money.
