All the terrible reviews of this business are correct. Absolutely horrible service, customer focus etc etc. I took my marcher washer in for repair. They had it for two weeks, charged me $100 to ""repair it" and did absolutely nothing to the machine by way of fixing the problem. I have no idea how in the world they are still in business. STAY AWAY!!!

Antiquated business practices and awful customer service. Could put up with it if they could actually fix something but failed there too. When I wouldn't pay more (after pre-paying) to pick up the broken machine the old guy told me never to come back again. No problem there!

Received a very inappropriate business card today from this business. The card revolved around "sex maniacs." Very unprofessional, especially to be given to young women in their place of business. Not a clue why it says that phrase in giant capital letters, not related to electrical. Extremely inappropriate. Would never use this business.

Extremely unprofessional business with very disgusting and ridiculous employees. Came into my place of work and was extremely rude to the staff and other customers. If you want people to use your business, don't be such assholes.

I have taken several pieces of electrical equipment for repair or testing. I have found Ziggy (the owner) to be technically competant and very friendly. I have always had good service and continue to take my stuff there. I find it strange that other people who know nothing about electrical equipment feel they can comment on another mans expertise!
I too have over 40 years of electrical experience and we talk "shop" all the time. Great place - great guy!

The other reviews are accurate. The place is a rip-off, and yes the owner knows nothing about basic electrionic components. He will tell you he has been in business for 40, and I'm sure this is true.However keep up with the times or go back to teaching grade 6 ers how to hook a battery up to a light bulb.

Will NEVER go back.
