I know that some pineapple carrot muffins will be made and something with bananas.

Just finished up 6 Texas size carrot pineapple muffins and four dozen chewy ginger snaps.
There is enough carrots and pineapple for at least another recipe. This time I’m going to make regular size muffins. If you’d like to grab them for the holidays they will be ready before dinner. $8

It’s the time of year for pumpkin 🎃 spice and cinnamon! I’ve made some pumpkin spice muffins with a crumble top (they could also have a maple icing drizzle added) and am currently working on a large order of gingerbread men.
I also have some bananas and avocados that would like to be make into something yummy!

First attempt at Energy Balls tonight. These are gluten free and use vitality essential oil. This batch is called Tangerine Burst Chocolate. They are made with dates, coconut flour, gluten free oats, hemp hearts, cocoa and tangerine vitality.

It’s my favourite time of the year to bake when hockey is back on. Making some brownies tonight. $8 for Fudgy Avocado Brownies! I currently have enough ingredients to make three more... They are gluten free too!

Just made a delicious fudgy avocado brownie! I have four more avocados if anyone is interested.... Oh, did I mention that it is also gluten free and 116 calories per serving (if you can portion it into 16 servings) 😂. $8 each and I can have them ready on the weekend.

Just whipped up a double rhubarb honey crisp for a clients Thanksgiving 🦃. Rhubarb season is almost over. If you would like to have a few of these on hand for the holidays (or just because), let me know so that I can pick some before it freezes. These will last in the freezer for months fully cooked. All you have to do is heat them back up (and serve with ice cream).

There is still lots of rhubarb in the garden if you would like a crisp (or something else). The crisps can be frozen for three months and reheated. $12 per crisp 😊
