As mothers, they understand the importance of providing fresh, quality and wholesome ingredients to their families. Focusing on recipes that contain the minimal amount of preservatives, additives and sugar - ensures you can still enjoy splendid treats such as cakes, without the guilt. And for the youngsters in your family, the ability to enjoy treats without the sugar-rush.
Within our families, we have first hand experience of gluten sensitivities and lactose intolerance, and we aim to provide cakes that enable everyone to enjoy 'the love of cake'.
