Forever 21

The worst forever 21 I've ever been in... every section was completely disorganized.

forever 21 goes on for miles I almost got lost the store is so amazing it has so much selection of on-trend clothing. love the store!

Reasonable price for clothes

Dirty,disorganized, only found 2 employees in the whole store and they were not helpful. Clothes laying all around off hangers and on the floor, not to sure how this place stays open.

Forever 21 has the WORST customer service EVER. Everyone is so unhelpful, and they never even ATTEMPT correct their mistakes, its always the customers fault. I honestly have spent so much money here and the way they treat you in appalling. I honestly hope they go out of business. WE are the ones that purchase their products and the reason they are even running.. maybe you should really start thinking about putting the customer first before you dont have any left.

This store is HUGE! There is so much selection of everything and the cashier lineup is not so horrible even on busy weekends.
