A dental sealant is a thin, plastic coating painted on the chewing surfaces of teeth, usually the molars, to prevent tooth decay. The sealant quickly bonds into the depressions and grooves of the teeth, forming a protective shield over the enamel of each tooth. This is usually done in one appointment and recommended for children as the adult molars are coming in. Some adults may require them if they have deep grooves on their teeth making them more difficult to clean. No freezing is required and most of the time can be done in one appointment.

Great service. Had an emergency tooth hache, Dr. Resch took me right away. Tooth had to be taken out. It was quick and painless. Had some concerns but they quickly reassured me and today I have no more toothache. Thanks.
