My Gym! Great atmosphere

Great gym with awesome equipment. Love the layout and the size, perfect if you don't like the big franchise style gyms.

Very calm on Sunday mornings. Equipment seems to be in good repair, and not too cramped, nor too spacious.

First time at this gym made me believe it was home. Now I live for this gym. 👍🏼

I was introduced to Fortified by a friend who had a life transformation and then I decided it was time to start taking care of my health. I had stopped working out 5 years prior because of a car accident and was leary of weight training because every time I would go and lift 3lbs I would feel it the next day-a month due to soft tissue damage. I met with Aaron for a consult and within 3 months of hard work it was just what I needed to get a kick start again . The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very family like
