What is Bowen?
Bowen Therapy is a very gentle yet powerful massage technique. It allows the body to better heal itself through integration time and meaningful Bowen "moves. " A Bowen move is the technique itself - a rolling movement over specific muscles.

How will Bowen help me?
I have been practicing Bowen for years and the single most beneficial result is relaxation. Most (if not all) clients who experience Bowen report a deep relaxation after a session that lasts longer than a conventional massage. More specifically, Bowen addresses chronic pain, sore and stiff muscles and even acute injuries (like sprains). Please see my website for more info!
