Fountain Tire

Went here to get a tire repaired for a couple of reasons, one because my employer has a corporate rate established with them and two because it was close to our house. Have to say I was impressed with them and their service. They really looked after us. Will be back for sure.

I was looking for winter tires and a great new place with highly exceptional service. I am very pleased with the team at this shop. And to top it off they were recommended to me. Keep up the Grrreat work Guys.

I took my car back in to have my tires torqued after 100kms as they recommended. At the same time I asked about getting my bumper more firmly attached, most of the pegs had fallen out. Ryan did the ones I asked in just a couple minutes and a few more. He was very friendly and helpful.

I have used these gentlemen to replace, rotate, and switch my seasonal tires for years. They are quick, honest, and polite. They will provide you a good price on a great set of tires that will keep you and your family safe on the roads in all seasons.

They were able to replace my run flat tires! BMW said that run flats cannot be repaired but they were wrong. I spoke to Chris and Zach, both were very helpful and informative. They fixed out two run flat tires for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Fountain Tire changed their policy to rotate winter/summer tires on for free if you bought both sets from them. I understand the reasoning they gave that it became unsustainable but that is what landed them my business in the first place and how they handled the policy could have used some help. Phase it out, communicate, don't just hand a customer an invoice when they aren't expecting one. Any chance of retaining loyalty was killed in that transaction and worse they turned me into a detractor for their business. Whoops for them.

I have been a happy customer at this Fountain tire location for a few years. The guys are always super friendly, they do a great job and they didn't make fun of me when I went to put my winter tires on last year and they were already on... I highly recommend them!

I called a day in advanced due to a small tire leak and they found a spot to squeeze me in, even though at 7:30am. I came in a little late ( my bad ), and yet they greeted me with a genuine smile and not even a hint of annoyance.( awesome by the way - HUGE , in my books ) 👍🏻👌🏻And great sense of humour. Great way to start off the day, and thank you for being attentive and not offering services I might not need. Just doing what I needed done. Will be back , if I require your services. Highly recommend for any tire issues you might have.

Bought two sets of tires here and it was one of the best experiences I've had with a shop. I dealt with Chris and he was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and enthusiastic. In addition to their excellent customer service they also did a great job installing my tires. If you don't know much about cars/tires I would recommend going here because they will take care of you and will not try to take advantage of you. Thank you for an amazing experience Fountain Tire!
