Amazing service and great people!! They went out of their way to boost a car in the Wal-mart parking lot after Wal-mart/ Mr. Lube had refused to help. I will definitely be bringing by service to this fountain tire location from now on.

Made a Sunday appointment for an alignment and possibly ball joint and camber bolt replacement another shop said I needed. Scott and his crew called before doing any work and explained options clearly. They had to go out to find the parts and explained that it might not get done before closing (4pm on Sundays). But they got it all done and Scott even stayed after closing time so I could make it there to pick it up! Turns out I didn't need the camber bolts either. Highly recommended!

I came in at the end of the day needing a quick service and oil change and Scott helped me through and got me an appointment when I really needed it.
The quote was as expected and the service was quicker than ever.

I had a flat tire that needed replacing. I first approached my dealership to get a quote for it and Audi quoted me $600 for ONE tire. My vehicle is only about a year old and so the tires were relatively new. So I went to Fountain tire and asked for a quote for a replacement. They quoted me $280 for the replacement and got me in right away to have it replaced. Great service and prices. I highly recommend this place.

All i can say about fountain tire Northlands is that they are awesome. I am not a mechanically inclined person and they where able to explain everything in terms i could understand and felt comfortable with. Chris on the front counter was excellent. Helpful and very patient answering all my questions, which i assure you would have tried the patients of most people. but he took it all in stride and i couldn't ask more. I will be back for all my sets of future tires and anything else i might need done.

Just had our third service experience with Fountain Tire Northland - once again 100% positive. Much appreciated the friendly, competent and efficient services. Pricing is competitive, too (as far as I can tell) - all thumbs up so far.

Amazing staff here! I ran into some difficulties dealing with installing new wheels and the specialised brake package that I have on my car. I chose to do the mounting myself and when the project did not work, although they could have put the liability on me for doing my own install, Fountain Tire's crew helped me to a solution. Scott and Jordan spent a significant amount of time working on fixing the problem, when I feel that they could have just faulted me. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff here, who care about the work that they are doing. I highly recommend considering this specific location to have work done on your vehicle!

Something very strange occurred at Fountain Tire Northland recently, and I think customers should be aware of it. Took our vehicle in for a free tire rotation -- 2nd year for the tires we bought there – and went to the mall to wait for it. When we returned to the garage, the first thing we were told was that we had a screw in an unrepairable part of the tire. The second thing we were told was that Fountain Tire had a sale on tires and we could buy 4 of them because we would need to replace all of them because we had all-wheel drive. Well, we don’t have all wheel drive and told them we were not replacing the tires. We told them there was no indication that we had a screw in the tire – no air loss. We wanted to see the tire. What we saw was a 3 inch new screw perfectly straight about ¼ inch outside the tire tread and through the rubber. My question: how does a new, perfectly straight screw get into the tire, coincidentally in a location where it cannot be repaired???? We ended up having to buy a used tire from them. Our free tire rotation cost us $80. Anyone else have a similar experience?

I've never had to purchase new tires before and with a super hectic schedule and limited budget, I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I called in to inquire on a quote, they were great. Jordan H understood my concerns and kept that in mind when making recommendations. I got my car back when promised and the ride quality is incredibly improved.

I'll absolutely be returning for another set of tires in the winter and look forward to the great service again.

UPDATE: I went in for winter tires. I even had a better experience. Scott, the owner, happened to pick up the phone and gave me incredible information and helped me explore the options for my vehicle with absolutely no pressure for a sale. By the end of it, I knew I was getting a good deal, a great tire, and a fantastic experience. I'll feel safe driving this winter and am now a lifetime customer.

Extremely good customer service. The staff was very knowledgable as well with professional! I highly recommend if you have any problems with you're vehicle to take it to this specific Fountain Tire. They are by far the best & fastest tire repair service in all of Calgary, I wouldn't waste a second taking my BMW anywhere but this location. Ian was my service advisor, Adrian was the mechanic, with both of their help, I dropped my car off at 8:00 PM and was out by 8:45..... My back tire only had 1 bolt left in it and they managed to weld it out!
