Fountain Tire

Have taken my truck there twice now for mechanical work and both times were great experiences. Diagnosed the problems and Nathan called me with the cost to repair before doing any work. Squeezed me in recently during the busy start to winter and had my vehicle fixed the next day even after having to order parts in.

I have purchased A couple sets of tires from this location. I don't know any names of employees or have any sort of relationship with them beyond buying tires and going in occasionally to get my tires topped up to the proper pressure. They are always accommodating. Even stopping on a very busy day (first day after about 10 cm of snow) to top up my tires without even making an appointment. This is a great tire shop and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was quoted 800 for an alternator and fluid change. When they phoned me after they did the work they said I owed 1200. No real reason was given for raising the price. Apparently the alternator cost 400 more then they thought. Interesting since I had already checked that they were selling for $260 before the work was done. Will no longer go to any fountain tires because of this crooked location.

I've been customer of this Fountain Tire since 2009. I purchased 3 sets of tires for my cars. The owner and the employee always been very nice and very helpful. I never had any issue so far. I always recommend them to the other people. Their service is very good and professional.

This Fountain tire is amazing! Ive always worried about being ripped off, but I never feel that when I go to this location. They have always taken my vehicle in, even if its short notice. The mechanics here know their stuff, and have never been wrong on any diagnostics (they have actually caught stuff other mechanics had overlooked when I've gone elsewhere). Nathan is who I usually speak to, and he is always professional, and very knowledgeable.

I went in for tires on a saturday afternoon. Fountain had the tires i needed in stock and quoted me a great price which included a discount. The staff stayed late to complete my job on a Saturday afternoon and got me on my way. Awesome knowledgeable service!

In the past year I've had some bad luck with flat tires. The first time they were quick to set me up with a new set of winter tires that had to be specially ordered (smart car). The 2nd time they covered under warranty. Then I bought a new pair of summer tires I got a 3rd flat and again they covered it under warranty and even though I thought the shop seemed quite busy they were able to get me out the door within an hour. Friendly service too which is always appreciated.

They always take great care of us. Robin, Nathan and the entire staff are excellent. We've had many good experiences here, always honest and knowledgeable with their expert opinions.

I have been utilizing the service's of this Fountain Tire location for over 5 years. I have always been very happy with their commitment to ensuring that the job is done correctly, and if there has ever been a slight issue I've brought up, the staff there has always rectified the situation to my standards. They just recently priced 8 tires for my BMW and my sister's Fusion, I called3 others, including Costco and no other could match the deal Robin the owner was able to authorize!! So done deal.!!!! If you're polite to the folks servicing you they do all they can for you. Try it out sometime, see what happens. I give them 5 stars for outstanding service and products!!!!
