Fountain Tire

Jason has been helping me for the last year and I trust him and the team at Fountain Tire. When I look at the overall cost and ease of access for my Lexus service, Fountain Tire is my first choice!
This includes fixing a punctured tire with 15 minutes to close. Much appreciated!!

I had a very good experience here. I had given a friend a ride to Fountain Tire to pick up her car. While there I inquired about winter tires. They provided a competitive quote and could get me in within a few days. Vincent was the young man who I dealt with and he was very good. I was impressed with his service, knowledge and advice. The next day I brought my wife's vehicle in. That was another good experience. Thank you Vincent.

Brought in a badly damaged rim that I wasn't sure they would even be able to get the tire off of. was getting ready to book in for the next week when the supervisor comes out and does it for me in 15 minutes! When I asked how much I owed them he didn't even charge me. They do things like this all the time for customers and it's very appreciated. Will be seeing my business again.

I have been using these guys for the past few years and have always found them to be courteous and professional in their dealings with me. Their recommendations for new tire purchases or repair work has always been extremely helpful. They treat me like a customer they want to keep and not just a wallet to pull money from.
Today, I brought the car in, as there was a noise coming from the rear tire, figured it was brake pads or maybe wheel bearings. They made sure I got a ride to work and and 3 hours later called me to say it was rust on brake shield which they cleaned up, no charge.

I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. The Manager and staff went out of their way to assist me in getting a new set of tires as quickly as possible. The manager even took one of his employees off the floor on a busy day, to pick up a set of tires from the warehouse so that I would have them by the end of the day.

Secondly, the manager is a real professional, and he runs the branch as such. You can tell he is safety conscious, and ensures that his employees are provided a safe work environment, and perform their duties safely. It would be easy for a auto repair shop to take short cuts around implementing proper safety procedures, but this branch is doing a great job ensuring the safety of everyone.

And finally it was incredibly refreshing to go to a store in this day and age and meet a manager who truly cares about customer service. If you need new tires or tire repair I highly recommend this location!

We came to this location with a problem that was urgent. Not only did everyone treat us kindly, and in a timely fashion, they were very informative and helped to get me back on the road. Jason took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what it would require to get me back on the road safely. I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend this location and specifically Jason to anyone with tire or mechanical needs.

Our nine year old SUV with 186,000km had myriad problems with the front brakes and suspension when we brought it to Fountain Tire on 37th Street S.W. for repair. Jason and his team approached this challenge with tenacity and determination and were not satisfied until the causes of each problem were fully addressed. Jason kept me well informed with realistic estimates of timing for delivery of parts and completion of the work. I look forward to working with Jason and his team the next time our SUV needs work, likely in the fall when we change over to winter tires.

Jason was great. He gave me some facts, referred me to a wheel repair shop for my alloy rim and helped me out when fixing a damaged tire and mounted my summer tires for me. Good price and great service.

I am consistently impressed by the level of expertise and client service my husband and I recieve at this location. Since we moved into the area, we have come here for all of our tire related repairs and seasonal tire changes. After having an issue with one of our tires frequently going flat (a problem that the dealership couldn't resolve), the people at this location went above and beyond to investigate and eventually fix the issue. The young woman at the front desk is friendly, remembers your face, and always gives sound reasoning behind whatever you are paying to have done/fixed. I would definitely recommend this location! You guys are amazing.

Brought my Mini Cooper in for some Mechanical work after being over charged and kicked around at the Mini Dealership in Calgary. Not only did the guys there fix my car, they were kind and explained in detail everything that was being done, and why. It is a big relief to have this shop to bring my car, as they are fair priced, and customer focused and I know I am not being taken advantage of! Great service on both the tires AND mechanical services (which I didn't even realize I tire shop does!) Thanks guys!

Dealing with tires can always be a stressful time. We rely heavily on our vehicles to lead our daily lives and when your car is reliable but your tires are not it can be a costly and annoying thing to fix. I want to mention that these people are fixing the very thing that propels your car, and it takes time to align, balance, fill, and repair them. If you feel that service is slow, maybe you should have allowed yourself more time to let Fountain Tire complete their end of the bargain safely and efficiently-especially seeing as how your car could shake uncontrollably or have the wheels fall off if these things are not done according to procedure by certified professionals.

This morning I had low pressure on my front passenger side tire, and after closer inspection I noticed that there had been some damage to the rim and signs or air leakage on the outer rim. I was able to go to this location within the hour and after waiting my turn in line (45 mins or so) my truck was taken inside. They did a thorough inspection and found one of the balancing weights had rusted and affected the seal between the rim and the tire and this had nothing to do with the cosmetic damage I had noticed. This was a huge relief as a new rim of that spec would have set me back $350+, but I could rest easy knowing that the safety of my wheel was not compromised and has been repaired and filled back to factory spec. -A must in harsh Albertan Winter.

It took 2 hours start to finish but I would definitely return to this location and as a newcomer to the area I am relieved to have found a tire shop I can trust.

Was looking for a new tire, after getting a puncture, and was told by another company that it would take a week to get tires, I tried this Fountain tire. Not only did they answer my emails extremely quickly, they were able to get me in the same day. Totally saved my bacon.
