Fountain Tire

Worst tire shop I’ve ever been to. Bought a set of tires from them and when they installed them they told me I had a bent wheel so I went and bought new wheels which is when I found out that it was not a bent wheel but a defective bead on the tire which they tried to hide behind the lie of a bent rim. When I took my truck back to get the defective tire replaced I waited 3 hours because they didn’t have the tire which they told me had arrived over 2 weeks ago. After the tire was mounted I inspected my brand new wheels and noticed that the paint on the wheel had been gouged in multiple spots. The manager came out and told me that it’s normal to have gouges from their machine and that it wasn’t a huge deal. They refused to warranty the wheel and told me to take it up with head office. I will never bring a vehicle there ever again

Great bunch of guys did great work and most of all they didn't try to up sell in fact knowing money was tight found me a better deal and even saved us a few dollars.

Definitely recommend this place. Prices are similar to the dealership, but I got much more value for the money. I was treated well, the services recommended were clearly explained, and their work comes with warranty. They found 3 issues the dealership missed, and now my 6-year old car drives and sounds like new.

Ever since I had a bad experience with Denny Andrews I've been taking my truck here for all the jobs that I haven't had the time or tools to do myself.

I have to give a big shoutout to Zenon and his crew here, after new tires, axle seals, a rack and pinion, drum brakes, ebrake, and now a finicky thermostat and housing I can say I will be taking my vehicles here from now on.

Had a leaky thermostat, which was replaced but continued to leak. Took it back, personally talked to their owner Zenon and mechanic Brian (very professional) about the leak that returned and it has been sorted out.

Always returned in a timely fashion, usually same day service depending when you take it in, and just overall a great experience.

Look forward to returning again when needed guys. Thanks again!

Great customer service, I go to these guys whenever I need work just done on my tires. They're very quick and efficient.

Amazing customer service. My husband had a flat tire this morning. He called around to find the best prices. One of the guys from the shop came by our home and filled up his tire so he could drive to the shop. This saved us the money for a tow. So glad we called them :)
